Offering a tailored program specific to you which includes two Personal Training sessions per week.

FOUR WEEK PROGRAM – £249

  • Email dialogue to discuss your goals.
  • 30 minute free consultation to discuss your goals in more detail as well as discuss your current regime and answer any questions you may have.
  • A 4 week exercise programme specific to you which will be shared with you via email prior to the first session.
  • Two Personal Training sessions per week over the four weeks.
  • Evaluation of your technique & intensity; range of motion, set up, rest periods, form and tempo (all covered).
  • Fitness testing.

EIGHT WEEK PROGRAM – £449

  • Email dialogue to discuss your goals.
  • 30 minute free consultation to discuss your goals in more detail as well as discuss your current regime and answer any questions you may have.
  • An 8 week exercise programme specific to you which will be shared with you via email prior to the first session.
  • Two Personal Training sessions per week over the eight weeks.
  • Evaluation of your technique & intensity; range of motion, set up, rest periods, form and tempo (all covered).
  • Fitness testing.

LOCATION

This can be discussed and agreed during the first dialogue prior to your consultation. I offer personal training in the gym, outside or at your home.
